HR Partners is seeking a human resources professional with a solid background in performance management and experience working at a senior level for a Federal Goverment position in Perth.The Performance Management Specialist will be responsible for the management, application and ongoing development of the performance management framework, relevant processes, and documentation.Duties of the role - Performance Management Specialist? Track and monitor program and Adviser performance and quality of advice.? Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement for performance frameworks and Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs).? Conduct routine human resource and stakeholder management functions and activities including cohort reporting, governance and quarterly performance meetings.? Identify, report, and resolve performance issues (including under performance).? Be a trusted adviser to the leadership team on sensitive or complex people matters including performance and conduct.? Contribute to developing a culture and resources for Advisers to align their goals with contract and program expectations.Experience Required:* 5 years minimum experience in HR Management and/or performance management specialisation.* Degree in HRM or similar* Government experience highly regarded but not essentialFlexible work from home will be permitted following endorsement of a departmental flexibleworking agreement.The successful applicant will be required to undertake security screening processes as required.
