Telstra Corporation Limited, a leading telecommunications company located in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Manager to join their team. In this mid-to-senior level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing online client support services and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement online client support strategies to enhance customer experience and drive customer retention- Manage a team of online client support specialists, providing training, guidance, and support as needed- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements to the online client support platform- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to ensure goals are being met and make necessary adjustments- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve online client support services

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 7+ years of experience in customer service or online client support- Independent and confident with a strong ability to lead a team- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Knowledge of online support platforms and tools- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
