Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our online customer support operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly. This role requires a resourceful and resilient individual with strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise the online customer support team, ensuring high performance and efficiency- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates- Monitor customer inquiries and complaints, responding in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience- Analyze customer support data and provide reports to management on key performance metrics- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support
