Job Description:
As an Online Contact Center Manager at Appen, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online contact center, ensuring a high level of customer service and support to our clients. You will be managing a team of online customer service representatives, monitoring their performance, and providing training and guidance as needed.
Responsibilities:- Manage the online contact center team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching- Ensure that customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in online customer service or contact center management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Energetic personality with a positive attitude- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
