Do you love solving problems and working independently?This is an opportunity to create development solutions for a growing digital marketing agency, working with the business partners and senior team leaders to create incredible API solutions for our clients.

We are at the forefront of digital marketing, and the Developer will be the driver of our growth into customised, unique solutions.

You'll be encouraged and supported to develop and implement your own concepts/strategies, while growing the development capabilities of Sparro into the future.

The Developer will work alongside a Senior Developer, reporting to the PPC Lead.

You will bedevising, building and managing script and API solutions for Google Ads covering bid management, anomaly detection, campaign creation and management, and reporting.

developing API solutions for additional external platforms including Google Analytics, Facebook, Adobe, Google Maps, Bing and others.

developing and maintaining site scrapers and associated databases.

designing and developing custom web apps in your preferred language(s).

administering systems including AWS/BigQuery.

growing the development function through hiring and coaching of junior developers.

You love building stuff, solving problems, and establishing processes.The Developer is a skilled coder that cares for scale and efficiency.

As well as delivering great solutions, you look for opportunities to do things better, document, share and automate.

SkillsEffective project management and an independent, ambitious approach to tasks.

A strong grasp for strategic thinking, problem solving and process.

A keen interest in learning and developing business skills and experience.

A high level of writing skills is preferred.
