Food and Beverage Manager Monday to Friday based in the Sydney CBDMarket leading salary package with Significant KPI BonusIncomparable job security with a Major Corporate LeaderABOUT THE ROLE: Our longstanding client is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a large team delivering service execellence at significant scale. The ideal candidate will have multiple years experience in the successful execution of events catering for 1000+ guests whilst also understanding the subtle and refined elements of more intemate, fine dining service.
About the role: Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards across all venues and events for up to an average of 1800 guests per day across multiple spacesManage department costs for labour and COG's within budgeted guidelinesIdentify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concernsLead F&B team by recruiting, training and evaluating talented employeesLead a team of up to 30 staff to ensure standards comparable to hatted restaurantsEstablish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and proceduresEngage in effective, efficient, communication and encourage an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamworkComply with all health and safety regulations Ideal Candidate: Previous industry experience working in a premium, corporate or hotel environmentPrevious experience managing a multifaceted organisationExcellent communication and leadership skillsNSW RSA will be required For expressions of interest please 'apply' with your resume.
