Your new company Our government client based in Perth's CBD is seeking an immediately available HR Manager to join their team on a 2-month temporary contract. The role is likely to extend and eventually be advertised permanently. Our client is a small government authority seeking someone who works well in small teams and is capable of completing end-to-end HR functions.

Your new role Provide high level HR consultancy advice and initiatives Assist with strategic HR projects Develop HR policies and practises Coordinate the recruitment selection process and ensure compliance is upheld Provide formal ER advice and support in resolutions Coordinate health and safety practices in the workplace. What you'll need to succeed State government experience is essential Substantial experience in HR management Knowledge of legislation, policies and procedures relevant to human resource management What you'll get in return Competitive hourly rate
