Job Description:

Cigna is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer support strategies to meet business objectives and drive customer loyalty- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of customer support representatives to deliver excellent service- Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Develop and maintain customer support policies and procedures- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer support team- Utilize customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in processes and service delivery

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Strategic planning and organizational skills- Driven and motivated personality traits- Experience working in a remote setting- Ability to work independently and autonomously
