Key Responsibilities: Lead the assessment of product-market fit for diverse markets within ANZ and Southeast Asia, tailoring products to meet regional needs. Craft and implement robust go-to-market strategies, ensuring the effective positioning, awareness, and adoption of new products. Empower client-facing teams with comprehensive sales collateral, enabling them to pitch products with confidence and clarity. Oversee both global and local product initiatives, driving significant market impact and commercial success. Identify and cultivate industry partnerships to enhance the company's leadership in innovative advertising solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert, deeply understanding the products and capabilities to deliver compelling client presentations. Desired Skills and Attributes: A solid foundation of 8+ years in the media, advertising, or technology sectors, with significant experience in media publishing or agency roles. Expert knowledge of the AdTech/MarTech, CTV/TV, video, and programmatic advertising ecosystems, with a keen understanding of the digital and CTV advertising landscape in Australia. Proven ability in product strategy, positioning, messaging, and development of sales narratives and collateral. Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, capable of fostering strong relationships with Sales and Product teams. Competency in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and translating technical product solutions into clear, impactful communications. Independent, proactive approach, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives forward. Why Join?
