Director of Aged Care Services Permanent - Full Time - 80 hours per fortnight Classification: Dependant on Experience and Qualifications Award: Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024 We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate leader to join our team as the Director of Aged Care Services! At MDHS we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our elderly residents. We believe in creating a nurturing and supportive environment where our team members can thrive, enabling them to deliver the highest quality of care to our residents. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational leadership of Maryborough District Health Services three Residential Communities facilities, and professional leadership and responsibility of the geriatric nursing and allied health teams. In collaboration with the Director of Nursing at Avoca and Dunolly, the role is responsible for ensuring the provision of quality care and managing the clinical and financial performance of Aged Care. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Essential Qualifications: * Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse * Post Graduate Qualifications preferably Gerontology.
