We consist of squads that look after the development of the credit card products, acquisition, the growth of our portfolio, our loyalty program and end-to-end process improvement. We work closely with other Business Units and deliver on cross-functional agendas.See yourself in the teamIn this Executive Manager level role, you will be joining RBS at a time of innovation and customer centric products being brought to market. We are passionate about our customers and want to ensure they have the best technology at their fingertips. This is a fundamental and impactful role in the team responsible for one of the biggest credit card portfolios in Australia reporting into the Crew Lead, Credit Cards. As a self-starter with ability to work independently, your responsibilities are outlined below. Key responsibilities will include:Relationship Management: Manages business relations with Schemes and key strategic partners. End to end management of all Scheme related activities and other key strategic partners and suppliers including being the key point of contact for such partners. Market research and analytics: Keep abreast of the market development regarding the credit card, payment products, cards payments and innovation including wallets and tokenisation. Respond timely and proactively with related strategies so as to enhance the Bank's competitiveness in the market. Identify trends, customer preferences, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform propositions. Cross functional collaboration: Work closely with other teams within the Retail Bank, Business Bank and Payment Stakeholders with a specific focus on Payments, Scheme management across CBA along with prioritisation and alignment of key strategic initiatives across the Group.We want to hear from you if you haveStrategic mindset to pull together strategy roadmap along with innovative propositions. Familiar with the card/payment product and the industryStrong cards product knowledge is preferred.Scheme management within the Banking, Payments or Financial Services industry.
