You will support critical programs of work by designing and implementing solutions for business-driven initiatives and technology uplift as part of Workflow Crew. You will enjoy working in a hybrid agile development environment, running workshops and sprint ceremonies.You are able to manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders, including customers and delivery teams, along with vendors and third-party suppliers. You will act as an escalation, advice, and decision-making point for Pega Case Management, review and contribute to all reference architecture and Platform initiatives which impact or involve Pega.We're interested in hearing from people whoHave experience in building and designing Pega applicationsEnsure effective engagement with Stakeholders of all levelsImplement best practices in PEGA architecture, design & CodingDevelop and deploy high quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage without supervision.Analyse business objectives and identify functional and non-functional requirements.Design and implement technical solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.Estimate the development effort for new features.Provide mentoring and technical assistance to other members of the team.Apply and promote industry best patterns and practices.Contribute to the strategic engineering goals within own team / platformTechnical SkillsWe use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We do not expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these, or willing to learn these skillsets (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team!Proven experience in developing Pega applicationsExperience in designing workflow applications using Pega.Experience with process methodology, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, and Iterative) strongly preferred.Object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skillExperience designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management)Experience in rules and features such as Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence,Single Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors and SOAP Services etc.Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) (Mandatory)CLSA Pega certification (Nice to have).Cloud domain knowledge - AWS Certification (Nice to have). Knowledge of standard industry tools for CI/CD pipelineWe support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office.
