Join us and make it happen.Find a career that matters and lasts As a Senior BIM Specialist, you will ensure compliance, implement BIM systems, and focus on creating federated models and supporting/managing Digital Twin and Visualization services. This involves aligning project outcomes with DE specifications and enhancing BIM methodologies for successful project delivery for our Major Projects, You will possess a strong background in developing Digital Engineering processes and federated models, coupled with extensive experience in supporting the implementation of common data environments for BIM services. You will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, and a proactive approach to driving business improvement outcomes within the Major Projects division. You will not only excel in technical proficiency with various BIM & DE software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, ACC/BIM360, InEight, MicroStation and AutoCAD, but you will exhibit excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of compliance and quality assurance. Here's how: Support the implementation and embedding of DE systems, standards, and data processes, aligning with frameworks, project requirements, and overall governance, standards, and policies. Provide BIM services, overseeing federated modelling, and assisting in implementing Digital Twin and Visualization services. Build, maintain relationships and regularly engage with stakeholders and manage their requirements for efficient DE systems design, delivery, integration, and optimization. Support the Digital Engineering vision and strategy, acting as a catalyst for change within the key stakeholder base. Ensure the capture and recording of data within DE systems complies with relevant Digital Engineering and BIM policies, legislation, standards, and codes of practice. Perform a range of DE specific accountabilities including governance and quality assurance, including auditing activities to ensure legislative and project compliance. The community you will join You will be part of our dedicated information management team based in our CopperString 2032 project delivery team in Bowen Hills. This team has the potential to revolutionize our business and optimize the delivery of infrastructure projects through high-quality, reusable information and collaboration with various departments throughout the asset and project life cycles. Your expertise Degree level qualifications in Engineering, Construction, IT, or related discipline with significant experience in an Engineering, Construction or IT role or a lower level qualification with significant demonstrated relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in supporting the development or introduction of and maintaining a common data environment (CDE) as it relates to BIM services. Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership to a team delivering services and outcomes for the efficient operation of Digital Engineering Demonstrated evidence of engaging with varied stakeholders to achieve business improvement outcomes.
