Full job description Rewarding, varied and well-supported role with this exceptional organisation based from their new Central Gold Coast clinic with a caring, friendly clinical lead and wider team. Lovely new Central Gold Coast clinic working with a dedicated & established team. Generous salary in the range of $80K - $95K base + Bonus + great PD allowance Flexible working options- full time, part time, school hours. Supervision from an excellent, friendly and experienced clinical lead Primarily adult caseload with option to work with paediatrics / generalist etc Realistic and achievable client numbers Progression opportunities offered and encouraged This is a fantastic opportunity for a Speech Pathologist seeking a clinic-based position with a dedicated Allied Health owned employer working from their new Central Gold Coast clinic. As part of your role, you will: Undertake assessments and provide intervention, liaising with families & other relevant stakeholders Conduct a variety of speech and language assessments and planning for evidence-based interventions Coupled with assisting the individual needs of each client, families will receive regular training and tools to achieve therapy goals Develop and lead group programs for parents and support staff if, and when required. Work with your team & stakeholders to deliver best possible outcomes for your clients. The requirements for this role are: Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology (hold a Speech Pathology Australia Membership) Good written and verbal communication with a genuine passion to make a lasting difference in the lives of your clients Ability to think on your feet, be adaptable and problem solve A love of working with others and values contributing to a team Current driver's license and car, working with Children Check, National Police Check, Children's First Aid training (or willingness to obtain these).
