How did they get to be a top performer? Our focus is on coaching and personal development. At BCI, we provide our new starters with all the tools and knowledge they need to be successful in a B2B sales environment.You will learn to understand clients across Australia's existing business development strategies and internal sales processes in order to offer the appropriate BCI solution.The role will evolve to cover the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
