Assistant Sales Manager (Riverview)

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting the store manager in the management functions of a retail store. This is a working supervisory position where directing the work, delegating assignments, and physically performing any necessary tasks will all occur routinely. These functions include:Processing, merchandising and selling of goods received;Hiring, training and supervision of employees;Maintaining good customer relations;Timely and accurate completion and submission of paperwork.Job Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent related experience. Desire six months experience in retail setting involving customer contact, merchandising and cash register transaction experience. Subject to alcohol and drug testing.
