In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all IT-related activities at our manufacturing facility including on-floor technology systems as well as networks and servers that support our manufacturing operations. YOUR RESPONSILBITIES The overseeing and managing all IT-related activities at our manufacturing facility. Implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of on-floor technology systems, such as production monitoring systems, automated equipment, and data collection devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing processes and requirements, ensure that on-floor technology solutions align with operational needs. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to on-floor staff, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues. TO BE SUCCESSFUL You will bring with you: Proven experience in managing on-floor technology systems within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, and related technologies. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and systems, such as SCADA, MES, and ERP.
