FINANCE OFFICER Full Time Position- Aged care industry Malvern Location Not-for-profit Salary packaging benefits The Finance Officer is an integral role which sits within a multidisciplinary team providing finance and lT services across the organisation. The role provides financial, administrative and clerical services. The role involves ensuring financial records for all designated business units are accurately maintained in accordance with the relevant guidelines, statutory regulations, policies, procedures and identification of emerging trends to achieve budgeted targets. What you bring: Strong Administrative, organisational skills. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Working knowledge of Australian accounting standards, statutory requirements, regulations and practices which apply to accounting in the aged care sector. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service skills. Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritise multiple competing tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements and organisational policies and procedures. Customer service focused with excellent telephone communication skills. Desirable: Experience within the Aged Care Services sector. Dynamics GP experience.
