Kindergarten Teacher

We are currently seeking an Assistant Teacher for a kindergarten based in Sydney, NSW, to help develop children's potential starting from the upcoming academic fall semester.   About the school A leader in early childhood education, affiliated with a renowned Chinese educational group, is advancing in Australia. With experience in managing bilingual Montessori kindergartens and a Childcare Centre in the USA, they focus on development of young minds.   Job responsibilities Efficiently set up and organize the classroom each day, creating a secure and welcoming atmosphere Work in close partnership with the Lead Teacher to ensure the classroom and campus are orderly, clean, and visually pleasing Supervise children's well-being and daily activities, including care routines, meal times, rest periods, and bedtime preparations Aid the Lead Teacher in meeting goals related to student enrollment, school accreditation, and active participation Engage in respectful interactions with children and their parents, building strong connections with families, educators, regulatory bodies, local community members, and business affiliates Execute the curriculum, customized to address the unique requirements of every child Support the Lead Teacher in promoting interactive learning, engagement, and activities suitable for various ages   Requirements Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent A minimum of 1 year of experience in preschool/kindergarten early childhood education Experience with Montessori methodology Strong communication skills, self-motivation, team orientation, and customer-focused approach Proficiency in computer usage Benefits Competitive salary range of AUD 25 - AUD 30 per hour + Super Retirement plans Employee discount Referral Bonus Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement
