It's behaviour led and reinforced through our valuesMental health & wellbeing is something we take seriously - It's championed by our own people internally and is a regular conversationWe have a lot of fun - Even in this virtual world, we're constantly looking at reinventing how we're connecting with each otherROLE PURPOSEAs a Senior Account Executive, you'll be managing the coordination and operations of campaigns across offline media channels (radio, OOH, TV), and providing accurate reporting and buying/planning services.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Delivery of tasks to deadlinesAccuracy of reporting and inputtingClient delivery and managementFinancial managementCampaign managementACCOUNTABILITIESOversee the client relationship as the key contact for any campaign issues or queries Ensure campaigns are tracked and optimised and media post analysis is completed weeklyAttend all internal briefings and providing updates to the Planning Team Building effective relationships with creative agency partners and media ownersRun all weekly tracking reports across all active media channelsResponsible for reporting accuracy and timely delivery of reportingManaging WIPs with the broader team on client updates EXPERIENCEMinimum 1-2 years of relevant media buying or media planning experience within the marketing industry Experience working across offline media channels (radio, OOH, TV) Competent in the various media processes, tools, and fundamentalsDemonstrate a solid understanding of audience trends across all media channels and working with client media contractsAdvantageous if you can demonstrate competency for relevant systems including: BCC, eTAM, TARDIIS, MOVE, Asteroid, Microsoft Office & Nielsen AnswersStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks Prioritises and manages tasks / time efficientlyAt Zenith, as part of the Publicis Groupe network, we believe that our people are our greatest asset.
