In this role you will be providing support to a team of Client Executives and Client Managers with varied portfolios. What the day will look like Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success! Responsibilities: Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needsCommunicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needsParticipate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, creating renewal reportsPrepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely mannerAttend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking dutiesManage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client ManagersEnhance the client experience through outstanding customer serviceHow this opportunity is different As an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title.
