Handling an 80/20% mix of Senior Systems Administrator & Team Lead duties you will be responsible for;

Acting as the technical owner and escalation point for a set of clients.Coach & Mentor team membersManage and resolve incidentsActively handle P1 issues and relevant communication.Proactive maintenance & DocumentationIdentify and Implement continual improvements About you: Proven Experience within an MSP (Ideal)Strong experience in projects, working across on-prem and Hybrid Microsoft EnvironmentsProficient across the Microsoft Stack - Windows Server / DHCP / Group Policy / Exchange & Active Directory ect.Proven Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure or AWSBenefits
