About the Role:

As a Rehabilitation Consultant you will assess, plan, organise, and participate in rehabilitative programs to achieve positive return to work outcomes and build sound relationships with customers. Other duties include;

Manage a caseload of injured clientsDevelop workplace based rehabilitation programs to achieve positive return to work outcomesConduct Initial and Worksite AssessmentsProvide Rehabilitation counsellingComplete and maintain necessary records.Evaluate clients' progress and prepare reports that detail progress.Test and evaluate clients' physical and mental abilities and analyse medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals.Recommend changes in patients' work or living environments, consistent with their needs and capabilities.Liaise and work in consultation with referring agency staff, injured workers, employers, medical practitioners and allied health professionals.Benefits: $85K - $100K + super +travelTravel allowance and bonusNon-clinical opportunity to use your clinical and rehab knowledgeAbout You: Relevant Tertiary qualifications (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation Counselling) and registration (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA)Outstanding communication and networking skillsAbility to self motivate and self manage workloadExceptional customer service skillsReport writing skillsSound clinical reasoningEligible to work permanently in AustraliaAbout Us:
