As a Manager in our Transformation Assurance team, you will have an opportunity to help our clients in transforming their business by effectively delivering change.
You will:
Help our clients gain confidence that the programs and projects are set up for success
Be a trusted advisor for our clients, and provide pragmatic and actionable advice
Help proactively identify and mitigate risks and course-correct when required
Ensure that focus is on outcomes (and not just outputs) and the intended benefits will be delivered
Gain experience working with key clients operating in dynamic project environments while you build your assurance skill set through on-the-job mentoring
About you
We are looking for candidates who ideally have a background in project/program management, delivery or assurance.
Key skills and experience:
You have a background leading project and programs. Project / Portfolios Offices or business analysis and are skilled in proactively identifying project risks.
You enjoy working through complex problems, understanding the root causes of issues, and getting into the details.
You are a great team player and enjoy collaborating with your teams and clients.
You have experience in building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
You have a track record of effectively coordinating across teams to deliver the desired outcomes.
Demonstrable experience in managing multiple projects, coaching junior members of teams to develop both technical and professional skills.
You have experience in writing reports/presentations/papers for the management.
You have a good understanding of the role and benefits of assurance in projects.
Understanding of client engagement management in a professional services setup is desirable (but not a must-have).
Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to help our Trust & Risk Assurance team transform how risk is perceived and capitalised on.
