Program Manager

Our client is looking for a Program Manager to join their team and lead the delivery of two strategic programs: the Cyber Security program and the Secure Infrastructure program.

The contract duration is 12 months with a possible extension.

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Project Managers and ensuring deliverables are met.

This is a delivery focused role, not strategic.

The successful candidate must have experience in the Energy or utilities sector.

Manage the delivery of the cyber security program, which includes both IT and OT cyber security projects, to enhance the security posture and resilience of their network and systems.Manage the delivery of the secure infrastructure program, which includes an AVD project, a EDRMS migration project, and a project to migrate applications to Azure Cloud, to modernise and optimise IT infrastructure and services.Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, business units, vendors, and regulators, to ensure the alignment and integration of the programs with strategic objectives and priorities.Manage the program budget, scope, schedule, quality, risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide regular reporting and escalation as required.Lead and mentor the program team, including project managers, business analysts, technical specialists, and change managers, and foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and processes, as well as relevant industry and government regulations and best practices.About you:

Experience in the Energy or Utilities sectorExperience managing Project Managers and ensuring timely, effective delivery of projectsGet it done attitudeExperience working on Agile and Waterfall projectsExperience working in a regulated, matrix environmentProject Management qualifications are essential Experience leading Cyber Security, Cloud, Secure Infrastructure or Enterprise Document Management projectsAbility to work independently (self-driven) and collaboratively as needed Ability to work in a dynamic team, including liaising with multiple vendors Excellent time management skills And all Randstad Digital candidates receive:
