HR Shared Services Team Leader - ANZ - 12-Month Contract Human Resources Shared Services Team Lead - ANZ What a great opportunity!! As a Shared Services Team Lead Australia and New Zealand, your primary purpose is to provide day-to-day oversight to our Shared Services team, ensuring seamless HR operations and handling escalations with your skills and knowledge.

What are my accountabilities? Serve as the first-level resource for the Shared Services team and HR Centre of Excellence, responding to inquiries professionally, urgently, and confidentially.

Manage case load efficiently, prioritizing and allocating cases within the team to ensure timely resolution.

Drive a culture of continuous process improvement to enhance our CR Service Delivery model.

Prepare monthly and quarterly HR metrics for the business, interpret data to identify trends, root cause of potential issues and suggest solutions or enhancements.

Manage the transfer of transactional work from other HR functional areas, ensuring smooth workflows.

Proactively coach, develop, and manage the performance of the team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Collaborate with and support the CR Centre of Excellence on general HR programs, initiatives, and projects as needed.

About you :3-5 years of proven experience managing a HR operations team that offers comprehensive transactional and advisory support in medium to large organizations.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Strong coaching and development skills, coupled with experience in compliance and employment relations issues.

Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow preferred.

High-level comprehension of business processes and workflows.

Ability to manage projects effectively under pressing and changing deadlines.

High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.

Proven management and leadership abilities, with a commitment to teamwork and accountability
