Registered Nurse - Heart Failure Rehabilitation Gr 3B Y1 (YU11) Part time - 12 hours/week, permanent position. 2 x 6hr days/week - Monday and Thursday.Austin Health is the major provider of tertiary health services, health professional education and research across three campuses in the north-east of Melbourne and state-wide. About the Heart Failure Rehabilitation Service: The Austin Health Heart Failure Rehabilitation program is a community-based program that aims to decrease morbidity and mortality, reduce the risk of hospital admission or readmission, and improve the quality of life and exercise tolerance for those living with heart failure. The service is located within the Austin Health Physiotherapy dept.
