FRONT OF HOUSE / CUSTOMER FOCUSED / ADMIN SPECIALIST This role is positioned at the front desk of the employment services division at Maitland. 

Your customers will be individuals seeking support to gain meaningful employment within two streams, disability and youth. You will also have internal customers from Mai Wel's employment services division as well as various other departments seeking admin, project and accounts support.

The Role

Business Unit's first point of contact for participants, customers, staff, and the general community.Answer and screen incoming phone calls, field enquiries or requests, escalate urgent matters, record & distribute incoming messages.Establish a friendly and supportive atmosphere while greeting visitors/participants, identify their needs and direct them accordingly.Take responsibility for the presentation and amenity of the main entrance and waiting area, other site facilities as well as notice boards and displays.Assist and oversee booking of resources including meeting rooms and vehicles.Maintain confidentiality of all participants and staffOperate switchboard, and other electronic/digital office equipmentProvide back up and support to other sites as required.Training of new site CSO staff as required

The Person

Great attitude with positivity and focused on the customer is criticalAble to manage multiple tasks concurrentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTech savvy and capable of working with MS OfficeAbility to handle cash Ability to understand in this role there are internal and external customersAbility to deal with privacy issues and sensitive information
