Credit Controller

Artemis are excited to be working on an exclusive basis with this vibrant NI business to help them hire a talented Credit Controller to join their growing Credit team. Hybrid (2 days -3 days in office, the rest at home) Vibrant office Salary up to £28.5k plus bonus Exceptional benefits package This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious credit professional to join a team at a time of exciting growth and development where they can really get involved in helping to develop the day to day processes and procedures. The role: Managing a customer ledger Chasing overdue payments via telephone and email Negotiating and managing payment plans Processing financial transactions accurately Direct debit set ups and management of failures Resolving complex non-payment issues Initiating legal proceedings where appropriate Maintaining accurate records The person: At least two year's recent experience in a Credit Control role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Proven experience in dealing with customer account queries and disputes Strong numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy in your work Ability to adapt to new systems Ability to manage changing priorities within tight deadlines while ensuring quality output Exemplary listening and negotiation skills Next steps: If this credit controller job sounds like the right one for you, please get in touch with our Associate Director Nicola McCallum, who is shortlisting alongside our client.
