Quantity Surveyor (PQS)

Location: Belfast (Hybrid, 2-3 days from home) Level: Intermediate / Senior (5 Years minimum) Projects:Commercial/Retail/Residential Qualifications:QS Degree Salary/Benefits: £35k £50k+ Benefits package The Company With projects across the province and more recently in the UK as well, this company is one of the fastest growing and soon to be one of the biggest construction consultancies in Northern Ireland! With various multi-million projects on at any given time. As a result of these efforts, they are expanding their consultancy team and one part of it they are adding to, is the cost management team! With a requirement of Quantity Surveyors across the levels, they are very keen to get somebody in at that nice intermediate level with a few years post graduate experience, or alternatively somebody stepping into a senior type role. More importantly, they want somebody who will fit into this dynamic team and has an eagerness and drive to be the best individual and QS that they can be, constantly driving for results and enhancing the already fantastic reputation of this company. Interviews for this role start immediately with the Director of the company. Duties and Responsibilities will include: Estimates and valuations Understanding and producing budgets Contract preparation Bill of quantities Report writing when required Liaising with clients Liaising with contractors Keeping in line with all health and safety regulations Whats in it for you?
