Position Title: Employer Branding Lead – Talent and Organization Location: Karachi Main Responsibilities: They are the custodian of Unilever’s Employer Brand thus responsible for uplifting it and getting top talent into the organization through flagship programs. Crafting and executing an Employer of Choice strategy for Unilever. Ensuring brilliant Employer Brand Activation on campus to amplify brand awareness resulting in improvement in Employer Brand Rankings and increased presence on campuses. Creating virtual engagement with the student community through employer brand innovation and social media, resulting in increase in number of applications, and subsequently leading to recruitment of top talent. Owns UFLP and ULIP standards. Responsible for working with HRBPs to roll out and embed global standards strengthening local execution ability and consistency of approach. Extensively work with local and global stakeholders to land Employer branding campaign. Custodian of Unilever’s flagship program – Spearheading end to end campaigns for all early career programs. Responsible for working with the Design Lead to develop social media campaign for early career campaigns. Education: Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree Work Experience: 0 – 2 years of experience Skills: Passionate about challenging the status quo and bringing the outside-in to deliver hero and legacy projects. Crafting strategies and developing programs to bring to live the Employer Value Proposition Demonstrate project and change management skills. Will be able to demonstrate being self-directed, resourceful, and creative. Able to manage his/her own time and work autonomously; Able to work on own initiative with drive and enthusiasm. Passion for high performance and exemplary work ethic, ability to motivate and ensure a culture of trust, transparency, and compassion. Strong organizational skill and executional excellence with an attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and see work through to conclusions. Demonstrable experience of managing tasks and deadlines; able to resolve conflicting priorities. Strong stakeholder management with ability to impact and influence different capacities within the organization. Ability to build and develop relationships with internal employee, strategic partners, and other external parties/ organisations; able to resolve conflict.
