Responsibilities:Developnew menu options based on seasonal changes and customerdemand.Assist with the preparation andplanning of meal designs.Ensure that kitchenactivities operate in a timely manner.Resolvecustomer problems and concernspersonally.Monitor and record inventory, andif necessary, order new supplies.Providesupport to junior kitchen employees with various tasks includingline cooking, food preparation, and dishplating.Recruit and train new kitchenemployees to meet restaurant and kitchenstandards.Create schedules for kitchenemployees and evaluate theirperformance.Adhere to and implement sanitationregulations and safety regulations.Manage thekitchen team in the executive chef'sabsence.
