Exciting opportunity for a Regional Leader in Financial Shared Services with one of our esteemed clients to drive operational excellence through harmonized roles, processes, and innovative technology utilization.Apply now for this confidential position!!About the role:The purpose of the role is to lead the Financial Shared Services team in respective regions (onshore and SSC), ensuring harmonized roles and processes, robust controls and best use of technology.It's a regional role with 10-12 direct reports with FTE responsibility of 100+.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership and Management.Overall responsible for designing and implementing the regional Financial shared services strategy, in line with the global Financial shared services Strategy.Ensure the Financial shared services Technology & Operations Management is fully deployed and effective within the region.Contribute to the overall regional strategy and its execution, working with the CHoFs and business leads.Team Management and Stakeholder Engagement.Build and lead a sustainable high performing finance teams in country and in the SSC; mentor and develop staff using supportive and collaborative approach.Work closely with Business and Finance leadership and external parties.Operational Excellence, Risk Management and Use of Technology.Ensure robust controls, standardized roles and processes, and deployment and use of core tech to harmonize ways of working, capitalize on synergies, and deliver efficiencies.Lead the process of continuous improvement, delivering YoY productivity improvement , Own the Financial shared services metrics and SLAs with countries as service provider for Financial shared services tasks.Develop the SSC and in-country teams, provide opportunities for learning and Development.Key shared responsibilitiesKey leader as part of Financial shared services inner core team representing the region.Establish and maintain close working relationships with GPOs, COEs and Group to develop processes in line with industry best practices, adhering to related policies.Work closely with CHoFs, country leadership and GBUs on existing Financial shared services processes(accountable for SLAs) and on team development and growth.Work with leadership for further areas of growth and expansion of the SSCs.Job Requirements Education - University degree in Business Administration, Management , Finance, Master's Degree preferred.15+ years of experience in Financial Management.SSC/GBS, Transformation and Accounting experience.Excellent command on English.Advanced knowledge of Finance back-office technology (ERP and others).30% travel - Higher proportion at the start of the role.
