Google Workspace Specialist

As a Google Workspace Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to clients in implementing and effectively utilizing Google Workspace tools and features. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and customer support, to ensure successful adoption and implementation of Google Workspace solutions. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the development and improvement of Google Workspace by providing feedback and insights to the product management team.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients in the planning, design, and implementation of Google Workspace solutions tailored to their business needs.Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices for using Google Workspace tools.Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, resolving any issues or queries related to Google Workspace.Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.Monitor and analyze usage data to assess client adoption and identify opportunities for improvement.Provide feedback and suggestions to the product management team on potential enhancements or new features for Google Workspace.Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends related to Google Workspace, and share knowledge with the team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.Strong understanding of Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet.Experience in implementing and supporting Google Workspace solutions in enterprise environments.Familiarity with cloud-based productivity tools and collaboration platforms.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Google Workspace certification is a plus.
