Health and wellness Manager

This position will play the role health risk management / wellness consultant with responsibility for health data analysis and consulting, health management/ wellness vendor negotiations and selection, and implementation of all health risk management and wellness programs. Besides these the position will also be responsible for client relationship and management. As a part of the team will have to contribute as a thought leadership to the overall development of the Health Risk management (HRM) / Health & Wellness (H&W) practice.This role will consult on a wide variety of projects involving design, vendor evaluation, implementation and management and monitoring of HRM programs and related products.Principal AccountabilitiesImplementation of health risk management and wellness programsCollaborate with customers to design their organizational health risk management and wellness programsPrepare implementation plans, define the roles of responsible parties, and bring in appropriate health management vendorsDesign and plan every aspect of the health risk management program implementation, including employee communicationSupervise the launch of the health risk management programsSupervise operation of all health risk management projects and make changes in design and/or vendors, as necessaryClient relation managementLead and manage multiple HRM / H&W consulting client engagementsDevelop a trusted and strong consultant relationship with client contacts through timely & right advices and efficient, quality execution of projectsWork with the general consultants and business development staff to strategize on approaching target clientsSupport overall client relationship building and management, besides leading the health risk management consulting and health risk management programsWork with other consultants to prepare comprehensive proposals for target clientsIdentify opportunities to cross sell projects and services to current clientsHealth risk analysis and management consultingManage assigned health risk management/ H&W consulting projectsResponsible for structuring customer proposal and consulting report formats for health risk management and wellness consulting projectsSet up data analysis structure and methodology and/or undertake organizational health risk data analysis of an organizationResponsible for presenting health risk management consulting project proposals to clients and support the business development staff / general consultants in negotiation and acquisition of the projectsBuild the internal knowledge bank on health risk analysis and managementContribute to the development of new value proposition, products, tools and approachesHealth Management vendor negotiation and selectionIdentify potential health management vendors for various programsCreate an internal review structure for evaluating health management vendors in the marketEvaluate health management vendors for various health management programs, negotiate with them, and finalize T&C with selected vendorsCollaborate with selected vendors to create customized health management programs for specific clientsCollaborate with health management vendors to create owned health management programsSupervise and monitor performance of health management vendorsCreate annual process for reviewing performance of health management vendors and make appropriate changes in the selected list of vendors.Industry Type- InsuranceDepartment- BFSI, Investments & TradingEmployment Type Role Category- BFSI, Investments & Trading - OtherEducationPG : MBA/PGDM - Finance, HR/Industrial Relations, Marketing, Operations, Other Specialization PRB
