This is part of the CIMS horizontal, which services all vertical customer segments across regions.The CIMS Digital Workplace Service practice area provides Workplace services consulting and transformation services to enterprises across the region. Workplace Services span across Service Desk, Field Services, End User support and End User Computing platform transformation and migration services, and covers key components of a Modern Digital Workplace such as Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Analytics, Cloud Workplace and Mobility.The Solution Architect - Digital Workplace Services will lead Workplace engagements across the globe, encompassing building new capabilities, consultative sales, pre-sales and transformation leadership of Workplace Solutions to drive increased pipeline and revenue associated with the DWS practice area.contributing to DWS practices and engagement with front end team with innovative & transformative solutions, cost/pricing models and benchmarking industry trendsand lead front-end client presentations, due diligence, customer checkpoints and management / legal reviewsend-to-end RFI/RFPs to provide client-specific high-level technology solution designs, associated costs, appropriate implementation timelines and respond to client due diligence & Security questionnairestechnology onboarding and transitions for new client engagements (Inorganic or Organic).manage internal & external stakeholder teams and ensure delivery of all milestones and the final project deliverables.contributing to DWS practices and engagement with front end team with innovative & transformative solutions, cost/pricing models and benchmarking industry trendsand lead front-end client presentations, due diligence, customer checkpoints and management / legal reviewsend-to-end RFI/RFPs to provide client-specific high-level technology solution designs, associated costs, appropriate implementation timelines and respond to client due diligence & Security questionnairestechnology onboarding and transitions for new client engagements (Inorganic or Organic).Effectively manage internal & external stakeholder teams and ensure delivery of all milestones and the final project deliverables.Experience:10+ years of IT Infrastructure experience with a minimum of 5+ years of Workplace Solution experiencein the Pre-Sales solution processexpertise in the Microsoft stack including Windows 10, EMS, Azure AD, O365, M365, and Windows Virtual Desktop, Service Desk, etc.experience leading, costing and implementing workplace services pursuits with technology transformation, Managed services and automation components including M365, Office 365 and its components - Messaging, MS Teams, Yammer, OneDrive etc., Windows 10 Migration, SCCM, Intune, MDM, VDI (Citrix & VMware), XenApp, AppV, BYOD, Chabot, Application Packaging, application compatibility testing, PC backup, Digital Workplace, Evergreen workplace environments and service management processeswith cloud-delivered solutions for Workplaces such as M365, O365, MS Teams, and G-Suite.of Workplace support models and enabling tools and technologies such as analytics, automation, and AIof Licensing and Cloud Subscriptionsbe well versed in and have experience with IT policies and procedures and technology standardspersuasive, articulating Workplace Services concepts and solutions, capable of quickly establishing customer interest & credibility PRB
