Group Manager - Process Training - AML/KYC - Gurgaon

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Training and Development Manager to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the firm.Training Managers work across many departments to get employees up to speed in both their specific vertical, and the overall needs of the company. Training Managers often have backgrounds in business, leadership, human resources, development and education.Responsibilities:Identifying and assessing future and current training needsDrawing an overall or individualized training and development planDeploying a wide variety of training methodsResponsible for Training delivery for new hires, refreshers and any ad hoc training requestsMonitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on themProvide opportunities for ongoing developmentDrive individual goals including but not limited to training certifications for trainers, deadlines for training remediation's and all other relevant metrics.Strategically manage the workload and workflows for the training team and set up the right organizational structures to support all lines of business and workflowsProactively communicate with Client on daily operational matters relating to training.Partner with operational teams to ensure that refresher training needs are identified and delivered.Proactively suggest improvements to those processes and closely collaborate and provide feedback on new launches or process changes with a potential impact to training.QualificationsØ Financial Crime Experience of at least 5 years is mustØ Experience into AML KYC CDD and EDD DomainØ Good with Microsoft OfficeØ Strog with MIS reportingØ Strong analytical and operations management skillsØ client focussed with superior written and verbal communication skills.Ø Ability to work under pressure in a faced paced environment with limited structure.Ø Proven work experience as a Training ManagerØ Track record in designing and executing successful training programsØ Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etcØ Excellent communication and leadership skillsØ Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectivelyMinimum 8 years of experience and Graduate PRB
