Job Title: Business Development Specialist (IT Services)Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat IndiaJob Type: Full TimeDepartment: Sales and MarketingSummary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic IT services team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in forging strong relationships, closing business deals, and identifying new market opportunities. This role is pivotal in driving our company's growth by expanding our client base and enhancing our international presence.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients through strategic communication, understand their IT needs, and present tailored solutions to address these needs.Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing our IT services and their benefits.Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate and close IT services deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable business agreements.Market Expansion: Proactively identify and explore new business opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.Business Expos: Represent the company at business expos and industry events, leveraging these platforms to enhance business visibility and network with potential clients.International Relations: Utilize international experience to deal with diverse clients across various regions, adapting strategies to fit different cultural and business contexts.Required Skills and Qualifications:Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex IT solutions.Client Presentation: Strong presentation skills, comfortable in front of high-level decision-makers.Deal Closure: Demonstrable experience in closing business deals within the IT sector.Opportunity Identification: Keen ability to spot and leverage new business opportunities.Expo and Event Knowledge: Experience participating in business expos and industry events is highly desirable.International Experience: Must have prior experience working in international markets, with a good understanding of global business practices.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT services sector.Additional Requirements:Willingness to travel as needed.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
