Together, let's shape the future of higher education!Key Responsibilities:Provide Salesforce technical leadership for a team of developers, admins, and analysts inhouse as well as external partnersDeep and extensive knowledge, and experience of SFDC technologies including apex, lightening components, SOQL, triggers, batch apex, visual force, lightening components and lightening UISalesforce Architect level expertise and relevant experienceLiaise with stakeholders to lead the design of end to end solutions for business processes using Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud & Force.com platformThoroughly understand various managed & and developed applications for the organization, manage technical and business risks when implementing new solutions, customizations, or resolving issuesDocument current and future state processes and develop technical specifications for projects and enhancementsAid end-user application support, troubleshooting level 2/3 errors, find solutions for business use casesWork with internal technical team members supporting applications and provide technical direction/solutions Release management (migration, refreshes, version control and deployment) as neededMaintain Salesforce Org security updates, and thorough evaluation of business risks before deploying updates.Develop a plan on Sandboxes to mitigate risks with business continuity of apps/portalsDemonstrate ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements & business prioritiesWork on other connected University platforms such as Moodle/Backboard and others augmenting end user's experienceQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 4 to 7 years of experience as a Salesforce AdministratorSalesforce Administrator certification is preferredStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modelProficient in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and reportingExperience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environment PRB
