Hi,We are having an opening for Senior Manager IT, Anaplan-Functional at our Mumbai location.Position: Senior Manager ITCompany: Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.Location: Mumbai Job Summary : The Anaplan functional is responsible for the design, configuration, enhancement, and support of Anaplan Financial planning solutions. This role involves deep technical expertise in Anaplan along with an understanding of financial planning processes to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and alignment with business objectives. Expectations from the candidate will be to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially finance and sales, to deliver end-to-end digital financial planning solutions that support company-wide strategic goals. Areas Of Responsibility : 2+ years of hands-on Modelling Experience, including implementations, upgrades, roll outs and/or support, in ANAPLAN focused on but not limited to Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning and HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management or similar use cases.7+ years of strong background and experience in IT roles focused on Sales Performance Planning / Supply chain / Financial Planning.Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile.Hands on in MS Excel using advanced formulae to develop Mock Ups for business stakeholders.Completed Level 3 Model Builder Certification in AnaplanComfortable with creating Model, Modules, Lists, Line Items, Subsets, Line Item Subsets, Usage of Calculation functions and dashboards using best practices.Been introduced or worked with Anaplan Optimizer, Integration methods and ALM within Anaplan.Ability to have direct discussions with clients to understand their needs and then design, develop, maintain and elaborate planning models.Anaplan Solution Architect Certification or Master Anaplan Certification is a plus.Strong analytical skills, result-oriented paired with highly structured working style and good sense of responsibility, flexibility, and team playerStrong will to pursue a problem, identify the source, and propose possible solutions in collaboration with other team members in a timely mannerExcellent teamwork and ability to work in distributed delivery environmentWork mostly with finance business team members in design, implement and continuous improvement of the Anaplan solution.Be an integral part of innovative Anaplan projects; roll-out of the Anaplan solution to other countries and company codes.Utilizes business acumen, Accounting/Finance planning knowledge, and product knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor and become an application expert to address business challenges.Utilize your Industry expertise in the field of Anaplan solutions to deliver integrated solutions with other modules in R2R, P2P, O2C within ERP (S/4HANA, ECC, etc.).Elicits, documents, interprets and translates business requirements or high-level requirements to be used for application configuration and testing solutions during implementations.Experience preparing Test scenarios and Test cases (test scrips steps) for Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Co-ordinate with AMS partner team members to ensure swift issue resolutions and bringing periodic innovations with latest solution releases mapped to business requirements.
