Designing & implementation of the training strategies to support organizational growth goals and strengthen the learning foundation for all cohorts of Agency Channel.Hire and onboard Training Managers, RMT for the channel.WOW training calendar & lay down learning outcomes for all cohorts for the month in line with Channel priorities.content gets build, in line with strategy with the content team through reviews month on month.and ensure the execution of Learning Paths of Advisors, ADMs & OHs learning.Tops advisor's programs, MDRT & drive business outcomes.self-learning culture through driving digital learning adoption and effectiveness in the Agency Channel.& Stakeholder Management across all stakeholder groupsand Optimize learning budgets for Agency Channel.and onboarding of Training Managers and Regional Training Managers.Retention and engagement initiativedevelopment through belt certification, coaching and Training Quality Auditsimportant business levers - New Advisor & ADM successTraining Manager Goal sheet and incentive structure.Training inputs and outputs vectors and representing the same to senior managementinnovation in Trainers development through coaching and establishing self-development goals for Trainers. Initiating internal projects to drive results and establish team engagement. PRB
