Position: Associate - CreditQualification: Specifically looking for a CA dropped professional who has cleared IPCC but not continuing with CA or any other professional course like CS/CMA/CFA and is more focussed on learning on the job.Location: Mumbai (Mulund West)Job Description: -•    Preparation of proposal notes related to Real Estate Finance and SME Loans to be submitted to Financial Institutions•    Handling of multiple transactions•    Internal risk assessment of proposals using MS Excel and other financial software•    Preparation of CMA, Cash Flows, Fund Flows and Ratio Analysis•    Evaluating clients' credit data and financial statements for preliminary risk assessment•    Interaction with Financial Institutions and Clients for transaction structuring, due diligence and documentation.Key Expectations -Experience in a similar profile for 1-3 yearsGood understanding of financial analysis of companiesIntermediate-level skills in MS OfficeExposure to various banking asset products like Real Estate Finance, OD/CC, Term Loan, etc.Salary: As per industry standards; not a constraint for the right candidate.Website: www.elysium.capital Contact person: Mr. Amit Kumar PRB
