About the Role:The goal of a Senior Associate, General Management is to oversee Trade Settlement client relationships. Provide excellent customer service and loan settlement services to our growing client base while adhering to strict deadlines and targets given. The Middle Office group takes on unique clients and projects that do not fit into the core business offering of WSO Services. This group is responsible for client-specific bank debt trade management.Should have knowledge or experience in KYC, AML , client onboarding, Middle Office, Investment Banking, Loan IQ, Loan Syndication, MS Excel.With good Excel skill.Duties and accountabilities:Oversee client portfolio(s)/Agency trades in our loan Trade Closing outsourcing servicesProactively manage and effectively communicate with internal and external clientsManage counterparty's expectations to receive and review primary/secondary par and distressed trade documentationCoordinate trade closings among clients, counterparties, and agents - may include coordination with legal counsel for distressed and/or participationsReview trade documents, including trade confirm, assignment agreements, and funding memos for discrepancies prior to settlement including using third-party systemsManage outstanding trades and maintain comments per client expectationDeliver closing packets to custodians and clients before the stated deadlinesEducation and experience:3 years of syndicated bank loan settlement / management experience preferableBA / BS or equivalent work experience in the financial fieldCommercial awareness:Knowledge of par and distressed loans and the documentationKnowledge of trade fee calculationsAbility to read and interpret credit agreementsExperience with daily loan transactionsExposure to ClearPar/VTS/Markit WSO systems a plus Management requirements:Personal competenciesPersonal impactExcellent attention to detailStrong work ethicTakes initiative and ownership of job responsibilitiesMust be able to perform job duties accurately and timelyMust adhere to deadlines and targets givenStrong customer service skillsCommunication:Strong verbal and written communications skillsPrepare various reports and metrics needed by internal management or special client requestsTeamwork:Must be able to work well with others in a team environmentAssist other WSO groups during quarter-end or other high-volume periodsThis role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.Return to WorkHave you taken time out for caring responsibilities and are now looking to return to work?
