Account Management Internship

Rather than lengthy resumes or academic transcripts, we seek individuals who passionately fulfil their job requirements every day.We are looking for someone who:Lives, breathes & eats digitalSomeone who loves the idea of using digital platforms to sell things.Understands the difference between a creative idea and a tactical execution and (based on the nature of the project) can be proficient at both. Understanding of social media and digital platforms.Capable of effectively integrating feedback from both senior team members and clients.What you will work on during the tenure of this Internship :Social Media & ORMLearn, Analyse and segment different target groups.To engage and communicate with a community of followers (on brands pages) to increase awareness and engagement rates.Understanding platform nuances and Working on organic community growth strategies.Problem solve and quickly identify solutions for internal teams and clients.Partner with applicable account team members to ensure project health, on-time delivery, and brand health.Respond to and manage queries from customers across social platforms.Identify latest social media & news trends so as to help in making relevant posts for the brands on the sameReporting & AnalyticsCollate weekly and monthly reports on all activities across social media and other paid campaigns.Provide planning assistance for upcoming campaigns, helping determine platforms to run on, audiences to target, creative strategies to implement, and more.To keep a watchful eye on all social media channels and monitor them on a daily basis.Constantly work to improve campaign performance, insights collection, and takeaways, and generally, strive to over-deliver.The ideal candidate has :A bachelor's degreeProficiency in microsoft office, G Suite or similar softwareAbility to problem solve and think criticallyAbility to multitask effectivelyAbility to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment.Basic knowledge of Facebook and Google advertising platforms.Loves TV and cinemaProven social media writing skills Strong collaboratorGreat with feedback and revisionsA working laptop that you can bring to work.Ability to commute to officeGets everyone tea (Kidding, we drink coffee)We are ideally looking for someone with an attitude and desire to learn, grow and be a part of an exciting ever-evolving company.
