- Coordinate all procurement activities with local and overseas suppliers.
- Lead the sourcing process for new suppliers/products.
- Preparation of orders, quotations, LPOs as necessary
- Liaise to manage the ordering process
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time deliveries and specifications of products ordered.
- Highlight any high risk suppliers, and ensure replacements are identified immediately with no impact on workflow
- Ensure all purchases comply with company brand standard.
- Identify and develop vendors in order to enhance product quality and reduce cost.
- Ensure and monitor purchase timely and correct delivery of materials to user department.
- implement cost saving measures
- Conduct regular research about new products and trends in logistics, inventory and purchasing.
- Ensure documentation of all phases of the purchasing process in a manner that will facilitate internal and external audit.
- Manage the storage, sanitation and cleanliness standard and in good receiving area and store room.
- Develop effective relationship with key stakeholders both internal and external to increase awareness of procurement supplier management.
- Ensure availability of right material at right time at the right place
- Identify and organize adequate storage for all perpetual inventory items.
- Compile monthly reports and statistics as needed to assist in decision-making.
- Manage quality evaluation, supplier selection process, and systemizing procurement process to enhance efficiency.
- Negotiates and reviews long-term contracts with suppliers to ensure optimum cost and reliable supply.
- Minimum of Bachelors degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- F&B procurement experience is a must.
