Join us in redefining the future of finance through innovation, technology, and a commitment to financial inclusivity.Job Title: Financial Reporting - ManagerEducation: CA or equivalent professional degree.Experience: 4+ years of relevant experienceLocation: Bangalore/ ManagerRole: Closing of Monthly book of accounts (Should know InterCo reportings, RP reportings, Accounting of various debt instrumentReview and presentation of MIS Reports - including Standalone, Consolidated & other cash flow reportsUnderstand Reporting requirements with regard to Segment reporting / Cost centre Allocations / Other such Entities.Conduct periodical review of GLs, LMS systems, processes, vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness -Ensure adequate controls for accounting process (Enterprise GL and Loan Management Software)Ensure all statutory compliances and regulatory compliancesEnsure compliances under the Tax laws (Direct / Indirect)Lead the Procure2Pay team/s and provide guidance for process improvements.Manage internal / external stakeholders including Internal, External & other audits (Financial due diligence).Provide support on special projects and tasks.Skills: Proficient in Tally ERP 9/Oracle and MS - ExcelTeam playerSolution oriented, Good communication Skills and Effective Stakeholder ManagementIn depth knowledge & understanding of Accounting principles and RBI regulationsWell versed with I-GAAP, IFC Implementation and IND AS.Persona: Qualified CA with minimum 4+ years of relevant experience BFSI / Banking / NBFCKickstarter & should be independently able to handle roles & responsibilities.Rupeek Fintech Pvt Ltd is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming applications from candidates of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
