This role will involve engaging with multiple facets of the company, including HR, Strategy, Marketing, and more, providing a unique opportunity to gain holistic exposure and contribute to the company's success.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the implementation of operational strategies and procedures under the supervision of the Founders' Office.Support cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless operations across the company.Help coordinate and manage projects that span multiple departments, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.Assist with data collection, analysis, and presentation to help inform decision-making processes.Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and support promotional activities.Participate in recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and other HR initiatives to foster a productive workplace.Aid in organizing and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining documentation for operational transparency.Provide logistical support for events, workshops, and other company functions.Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the Founders and department heads.Qualifications:Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Strong interest in startup environments and a keen understanding of business operations.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with using new technologies.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Learning Outcomes:Gain comprehensive insight into the operational mechanics of a fast-growing startup.Develop project management and strategic planning skills.Enhance communication and leadership abilities through cross-departmental interactions.Build a solid foundation in multiple aspects of business management from HR to strategic growth and marketing.Internship Details:Internship Tenure - 6 monthsThis internship is linked to a PPO (Pre Placement Offer), if your performance is extremely well during the internshipThis is in office role, but with flexible timings.
