SAP BASIS LeadPosition: SAP BASIS LeadWork Mode: WFO - Pune, MagarpattaJoining Time: Immediate to 15 daysBudget: INR 190K per monthDescription:We are seeking a dynamic and skilled SAP BASIS Lead to oversee SAP systems and applications and lead a team of 10 to 15 Consultants (L1 & L2) based on allocated shifts. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of relevant experience working as an SAP BASIS Lead in medium to large firms.Key Responsibilities:Manage SAP systems and applications, leading a team of 10 to 15 Consultants (L1 & L2) across designated shifts.Technically fluent in Operating System administration (Unix/Windows/Linux) and Database administration (SAP HANA, SAP ASE, Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/MaxDB).Experience in SAP Business Suite - BASIS, Solution Manager, ERP, and CRM.Handle Basis production support activities, including system monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.Perform transport administration, client administration, system installation, system copies, system refreshes, SAP Support pack application, security patches, and kernel upgrades.Experience working in multiple support projects and proficiency in ABAP stack as well as JAVA.Proficient in SAP HANA Operations, Administration, and performance tuning for SAP applications ERP/BW on HANA, BW4HANA, S4HANA.Conduct end-to-end analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting on SAP application performance KPIs, memory, CPU, IO bottlenecks.Well-versed with HANA performance tuning strategies specific to (SAP) Applications and best practices for table partitions for ABAP based systems.Perform SAP System Assessment, analyzing errors and performance loss in the SAP system, database, and operating system.Knowledge/experience with User Management, System copies, Unicode Conversions.Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with global customer POC, and articulate technical concepts effectively.Act as a team player with a positive attitude, collaborating effectively with fellow workers.Knowledge of project management basics and agile methodology.Self-starter with a strong learning attitude and ability to prioritize tasks, work independently with minimum supervision.Mandatory Execution Skills:Manage a team of 15 to 20 L1 & L2 consultants, developing efficient work methods and increasing productivity.Understanding of the ITIL framework and proficiency in Incident Management and Change Management.Create and maintain weekly and monthly shift rosters for ongoing projects.Manage change management processes within SAP Landscape and SAP Infrastructure according to agreed procedures.Education:Graduate in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems.This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, technical expertise in SAP BASIS, and the ability to effectively manage teams and projects within a fast-paced environment.
