You are Bold, Young and Confident.Come, join the pack!About the role/Job overview:This role requires a seasoned individual who has managed business development activities according to financial plans to achieve profitability and revenue. Liaise with various stakeholders across the business and in the project delivery team.Job responsibilities:• Responsible for MIS, revenue reporting, accounting, and handling end-to-end reporting.• Perform variance analysis for revenue and expenses and state the reasons for variance.• Prepare schedule, aging and reporting to stakeholders on a timely basis.• Assist in Implementation of internal financial control and accounting policies.• Timely finalization of books of accounts of revenue and payroll reporting.• Responsible for improving/ implementing processes by having a good understanding of the business and a good understanding of underlying data• Automate the MIS and Financial reporting process.• Responsible for end-to-end co-ordination on Due diligence, internal audit and stat audit assignments.• Responsible for managing account receivables and coordinating with various stakeholders.Desired Candidates: -• Minimum 5 years of expertise in finance role.• Experience working within a start-up environment is highly desirable Knowledge of Financials and MIS.• Knowledge of taxation such as GST, Income Tax, Financial reporting and data mining tools such as Tally, etc.• Hands on experience in tally accounting system, Handling accounts payroll related activities.• Exposure and knowledge of statutory and tax audits.• Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.Social Media handles:
