Job Title: HR Generalist Training Specialist/ HR Generalist TrainerLocation: Digital Nest Eduversity, Hyderabad Mode Of Training: Online / Classroom Job Summary:Digital Nest Eduversity is seeking an experienced HR Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in human resources training and development. The HR Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our candidates/students in various HR domains. Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on various HR topics including Introduction to HRM, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Behavior, Labor Laws, Payroll, Performance Management & Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement, Tax Planning for Salaried Employees, Statutory Compliance, Disciplinary Actions/Termination, Training and Development, POSH, and HR operations. Develop and deliver engaging and informative training materials tailored to both freshers and experienced professionals. Provide guidance and support to students in understanding complex HR concepts and practical applications. Incorporate real-world examples and case studies into training sessions to enhance learning outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date. Assist in the development of capstone projects related to HR analytics, HR software, and other relevant topics. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement. Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and develop training programs to address them. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and student progress.  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 6 years of experience in HR roles, with significant experience in HR training. Proficiency in all subjects listed, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and inspire students of varying backgrounds and experience levels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Certification in HR training or related field preferred Should be proficient in tools like ZOHO People, ZOHO Payroll, KEKA, greytHR, MS- Office  About the Company:  Digital Nest, founded in 2011, is recognized as a Google Certified Institute and has been honoured by The Times of India and Silicon Awards as the Institute of the Year.
